Kennedy in Action!

Always giggling!

Always looking for an alternate route.

Talking, Singing or Dancing at all times.

Where Daddy goes, she goes.

Loves her milk & as you can see can be very insistent about things (like wearing her coat around the house!)

Who would have guessed...

that Kennedy loves Dill pickles.

And her favorite place to hang out while eating her pickles is the refrigerator.

Knock, Knock!

For the past few weeks, Kennedy's big thing has been knocking on doors. Whenever she wants to get through a closed door, she makes a cute little fist, knocks on the door & says "knock, knock!" It is amazing how fast these little babies pick up on things. During this fasination with doors, Kennedy has also learned to turn door knobs & pull them open. She is definitely not a short kid & has always been quick to figure out how things work, but we never expected to have a 14 month old that could open & close doors! There is never a dull moment!

New Years & Hutto Christmas!

For New Years, we went to Orange Beach to spend a few days with Jeremy's brother's family and celebrate Christmas. Kennedy had the best time with her cousins Brooke & Lindsey. They are so sweet to her & really make Kennedy feel like a big girl! Brooke & Lindsey are so much fun & definitely keep Kennedy entertained.

The girls let Kennedy open her presents from them 1st. Kennedy loved everything they gave her. I also enjoyed opening all the wonderful things they gave Kehle.

Jeremy & I gave all the girls matching PJs & they were all so excited! They looked too cute all dressed a like...

Brooke & Kennedy playing in the Condo.

Jeremy was in heaven!

Kennedy trying to play the big girl games.

The girls had the best time in the pool.

This bunch did a lot of swimming.

All the beautiful Hutto girls!

We had perfect weather & got to enjoy a little time on the beach.

Our little angel at the beach on the 1st day of 2009.

Kennedy had so much fun at the Beach with her Uncle Jason, Aunt Mary Ann, Brooke & Lindsey.

Thank you Jason & Mary Ann for inviting us to spend the holiday weekend with you. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for everything. We wish we could see you more often. So glad we could start 2009 with you. See you soon.

Practicing her Walking

Kennedy has really been practicing her walking over the past few weeks. She is so cute & very careful!

Playing with Christmas Presents

Since we cut Kennedy's play time short, here are some pictures of Kennedy playing with all her Christmas presents throughout the Christmas break. Everyone said she would only be interested in the boxes. Boy were they wrong...this little girl wasn't interested in any boxes, she loved all her new toys! Seeing her so happy and enjoying everything really made mine & Jeremy's Christmas!

Strong Family Christmas

On Christmas Day, the Strong Family all got together for lunch to celebrate the Holiday. There are currently 4 greatchildren and it is so much fun seeing them all play together. They truly make the holidays fun!

Christmas Day Mass

We had to cut Kennedy's playtime with her new toys short to head to Christmas Mass at St. Joe. We met my family at Church to celebrate the true meaning of this special holiday.

Headed to Church.

The family...

The priest gave us all Candy Canes as a Christmas Present. Candy Canes originated in design from St. Nick's Bishop's staff.
Kennedy loved the Candy Canes!

She got into & thoroughly enjoyed her 1st Candy Cane on the way home from Church. She was not very happy when I took it away from her.

On a side note, we are very proud to say that Kennedy has not missed a single week of mass since she was born (born on a Monday & in Church on Sunday). Jeremy & I made a commitment to God while we were dating not to make excuses or allow anything to interfere with our dedication to attending Church. We only pray that we are setting a good example for our children.

Christmas Morning 2008

Kennedy could not believe that Santa brought her so many wonderful toys!

She was a very good girl this year!

Kennedy went straight to playing with all her new toys.

There was a lot of giggling!

Looks like we will be having a lot of tea parties in 2009!

The grocery cart was a big hit!
Kennedy has been doing a lot of shopping since Christmas morning.

What's Christmas without opening presents...

There is no doubt, Kennedy had a wonderful Christmas!

Christmas Eve with Papa C & Gigi

We spent Christmas Eve at Papa C & Gigi's house. We had a wonderful family dinner & all enjoyed watching Kennedy open her presents.

Kennedy was glad to help everyone open their presents. It did not take her long to figure out that opening presents was fun!

Kennedy loved the baby doll Papa C & Gigi gave her. She couldn't wait for Papa C to get it out of the box.

Sharing her new toys with her baby doll.

Trying out her new riding Giraffe!

Kennedy was very excited about her new Elmo cell phone.

Kennedy's favorite present was probably her new Cozy Coupe!

This is the typical family picture. Jeremy is never looking at the camera because he is too busy loving on Kennedy. What's he going do when there are two!?!

Thanks Papa C & Gigi for everything. We all had a wonderful Christmas!
