Kennedy is never too busy to stop caring for her own baby dolls to share baby doll's bottle with Kehle.
As you can imagine the mornings are a lot of fun. Kennedy, being the independent toddler she is, likes to dress & undress herself. It only takes her a minute to re-dress herself for the day. The other morning when Jeremy had already left for Bible Study, I had Kennedy dressed for school (shirt, shorts, socks, shoes & bow in her hair) & was trying to get Kehle ready. In the brief time it took me to change Kehle's diaper & put her in the car seat, Kennedy had taken off her shorts, socks, shoes, bow & re-dressed herself like so...
Yes, she did put a headband around her neck & those are in fact Jeremy's dress socks & shoes. And you wonder why it takes us so long to get out of the house! Notice in this next picture, she is feeling the tips of her shoes to see where her toe hits. She picked this up from the lady at the shoe store, one of her favorite places to go.
Other days, Kennedy decides that some old costume jewelry will really dress up her school attire. Also, the big wet stain down her shirt is where she treated herself to a capri sun while I was making bottles & her lunch for the day.
